Megan Nicholson

Megan Nicholson, PhD, serves as the Director of Strategy and Data Intelligence at Toronto Community Housing since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Strategy and Planning at The Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton, and various positions at OLG and the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, focusing on policy development and program management in child welfare. With a background in applied social research and program evaluation, Megan has contributed to multiple projects across organizations such as Taylor Newberry Consulting and Bloorview Kids Rehab. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MA in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Guelph, a BA in Psychology and Mass Communications from Carleton University, and recent training in Governance Essentials and Executive Coaching.
