Robert Whalen

Robert Whalen is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in criminal investigations and intelligence gathering. Currently serving as a Field Intelligence Officer at Toronto Community Housing, since November 2021, Robert acts as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement and focuses on crime prevention analysis. Previously, as Regional Manager of Investigations at JUUL Labs, Robert played a key role in overseeing internal investigations and liaising with various legal bodies. A long-standing career with the Toronto Police Service spanned over three decades, where Robert held multiple ranks, including Detective and Sergeant, and led teams in investigating organized crime and coordinating responses to criminal activity. Robert’s education includes extensive training in law enforcement and related fields, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
