Alisa Studzienny

Alisa Studzienny, P.Eng, PMP, is a seasoned professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Program Management at Toronto Hydro since November 2015. In this role, Alisa specializes in designing and optimizing work program strategies, controlling long-term funding visibility, and collaborating with stakeholders on portfolio allocation and execution delivery. Previous experience includes management positions across various sectors, including overseeing capital programs at Toronto Hydro, managing projects for the TORONTO 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games, and leading engineering projects at Bombardier Aerospace. Alisa holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Carleton University.
