Justin Kwan

Justin Kwan, P.Eng, PMP, is an accomplished engineer specializing in Intelligent Grid and System Studies at Toronto Hydro since July 2017. With a progressive career at the same organization, Justin has held various positions, including roles in Customer Experience and Reliability, Power Quality and Reliability, and System Planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Student in the Standards & Policy Department, as well as the Security and Enterprise Architecture Department, and an earlier Technical Student role within IT Services and Infrastructure. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, obtained in 2017, and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St. Augustine CHS, earned in 2012.
