Marc Simmons

Marc Simmons, PEng, PMP, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development at Toronto Hydro, Marc focuses on transportation electrification and EV charging initiatives, previously holding positions related to energy solutions and strategic planning. Earlier roles include a Senior Engineer position at Kinectrics Inc., where project management and equipment qualification testing were key responsibilities, and an engineering role at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, concentrating on process automation and factory design. Marc holds an MBA in Strategy and Investment Banking from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
