Michael Costantino

Michael Costantino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the public sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Execution for Grid Maintenance at Toronto Hydro since April 2016, Michael oversees the electricity distribution system that services approximately 790,000 customers in Toronto. Additionally, Michael previously held the role of Manager of Street Lighting Customer Services Management at Toronto Hydro, managing infrastructure that includes over 175,000 streetlights. Prior to this, Michael gained valuable experience as the Safe & Clean Operations Manager for the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area and as an Office Coordinator for the York-Eglinton Business Improvement Area. Michael also served as a Project Facilitator and Project Coordinator in previous roles with the Kennedy Road BIA and Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce, respectively. Michael holds several academic credentials, including a Master's Certificate in Public Sector Management and a BA in Criminology from Ontario Tech University.
