Blair Ostrom

Blair Ostrom is a seasoned professional in government and stakeholder relations, currently serving as Manager at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since October 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Account Manager in Corporate Affairs at Edelman Global Advisory from January 2022 to October 2023 and working as a Consultant at McMillan Vantage Policy Group between 2020 and 2022. Blair Ostrom also has a background as Campaign Manager for Hon. Marco Mendicino, M.P. in the 2019 and 2021 elections, and served as an Elections Observer for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe during the 2019 Ukraine Parliamentary Election. Additional roles in the Ontario Government involved multiple advisory positions from 2014 to 2018 and included legislative assistance and communications advisory roles. Education qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Political Strategy & Communication from the Brussels School of International Studies, a Post-Graduate certificate in Corporate Communication & Public Relations from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Queen's University.
