Jay Cresencia

Jay Cresencia is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale projects within the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since 2002. Key projects include the $100M Terminal 3 Enhancement Project, deployment of accessibility-compliant Common Use Self-Serve kiosks, and implementation of critical systems such as the RISK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM and the BAGSTAGE network infrastructure. Jay has also served as an IT Program Manager for the Gate 193 extension of Terminal 1, overseeing various IT&T systems. Prior to the GTAA, Jay held positions at IBM, where responsibilities included leading a Data Centre Consolidation project, as well as experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems and a Project Manager at Integrated Cable Systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and a PMP Certification from the University of Toronto.
