Kathryn Hanford

Manager, Community Outreach at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Kathryn Hanford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community outreach and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Outreach for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since July 2016, Kathryn has previously held the position of Team Lead for Community Relations on the Georgetown South Expansion Project at GO Transit/Metrolinx from April 2010 to June 2016. Other notable roles include Community Liaison for the West Toronto Diamond Grade Separation Project at McCormick Rankin Corporation and Document Management Specialist at Hatch, where Kathryn led North American efforts. Kathryn also served as Director of Programs at the Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation and worked as a Sessional Instructor in Communications at Humber College. Academically, Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in English from York University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Toronto.
