Jessica McColgin is an experienced professional in customer and employee engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Customer and Employee Engagement at Puget Sound Energy since April 2008. With a strong background in community outreach and strategic development, Jessica successfully created a new corporate department through the merger of two teams and led the implementation of customer outreach strategies that promote company initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Trident Exploration Corp as Community Engagement & Social Responsibility Liaison, Conservation International as Program Coordinator, and Fundación Moisés Bertoni as Manager of International Fundraising. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath, a certification in Executive Utility Management from Willamette University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
