Sarah Mattina

Sarah Mattina is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in IT innovation, project delivery, and business process management. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Innovation and Strategy at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since March 2016, Sarah has effectively utilized organizational change management and project management skills to enhance IT project delivery. Prior experience includes key roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, where responsibilities encompassed managing business process architecture, learning development, and SAP training initiatives. Sarah’s career also features roles as a technical writer and project manager across various organizations, contributing to extensive documentation and training development. Sarah holds a BSc Hon in Psychology and History from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
