Rachel Spekking

Rachel Spekking has an extensive background in law enforcement and support services, currently serving as the CIRT & Peer Support Team Lead at the Toronto Police Service since October 2013. In this role, Rachel has also held positions as a Group Leader, Analyst, and Criminal Records personnel, as well as an Administrative Clerk. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Residential Counselor at a women's shelter from June 2009 to April 2014. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yorkville University. Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, expected to complete in December 2024.
