Aliana Lili Iharosi is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in employee engagement, operations, and communication strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Employee Engagement & HR Content at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, Aliana leads internal and change management communications while developing strategic content plans to enhance employee engagement. Previous roles include People and Operations Manager at SHS Consulting, where organizational development strategies were implemented, and Manager of Operations & HR at SALT XC, overseeing multi-location facilities. Aliana has also directed teams at HFG Happy Families Support Network Inc., managed internal communications at Great North Associates, and played key roles in marketing and event coordination at Cossette and Endloop Mobile Inc. Aliana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto and multiple certificates focusing on Human Resources Management and Project Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, along with a certificate in Hospitality from Conestoga College.
