Rhonda Tu

Rhonda Tu is an experienced professional in the field of analytical chemistry and operational excellence, currently serving as Manager of Quoting and New Product Development and Operational Excellence Leader at Toronto Research Chemicals since January 2016. In this role, Rhonda focuses on identifying process inefficiencies through data analysis and implementing changes with key stakeholders, utilizing carefully selected KPIs for monitoring. Prior to this, Rhonda held various positions including Supervisor of the Analytical Lab, where responsibilities included evaluating compound purity, troubleshooting non-conforming results, and ensuring compliance with scientific conventions and TRC standards. Rhonda also has research experience from University Health Network and Orion Pharma, where skills in synthetic chemistry and analytical techniques were developed. Rhonda holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
