Esther Lee

Esther Lee, CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra since September 2021, supporting one of Canada's leading cultural institutions. With a strong background in human resources, Esther has held significant roles, including Casual Professor at George Brown College, Human Resources Business Partner at LCBO, and Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Esther's career began in hotel management with Hilton Canada, progressing through various HR positions across major organizations. Esther holds multiple HR certifications and degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto.
