Dhaksayan Shanmuganayagam

Dhaksayan Shanmuganayagam is currently the Chief Information Officer at Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). They have held various roles within the company, including Deputy Chief Enterprise Architect, Senior Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst (SharePoint / BizTalk), and Programmer Analyst. Prior to their current position, they also worked as an Application Developer/Analyst at TTC. Dhaksayan holds a HBSc in Computer Science (Software Engineering Stream) from the University of Toronto and has completed additional education in Leadership Development Series, Enterprise Architecture, and Project Management.
