Wayne Austin has extensive experience in specification writing and management within the architectural and transit sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Specifications at the Toronto Transit Commission since April 2016, Wayne has previously held positions including Senior Specification Writer at WZMH Architects and Specifications Manager at WZMH Architects. Early career roles include Specification Writer at NORR Limited and Intern Architect at Kearns Mancini Architects Inc. and Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc. Wayne’s educational background includes several credentials from Construction Specifications Canada in various aspects of specification and documentation, as well as a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Pre-Professional Architecture from the University of Waterloo.
