Juan Carlos Avila, AIF®, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment and retirement plan advisory services. As the CEO, Founder, and Chief HappiLyfe Officer of HappiLyfe since September 2017, Avila leads a wellness app aimed at promoting happier, balanced lives. Avila also serves as Co-Head of FARO Advisory, providing comprehensive investment advice to a diverse clientele, and is the President and Founder of FARO Associates, a certified Minority Owned Business. Additionally, Avila holds the position of Managing Partner at Toroso Investments, delivering investment management services to high net worth individuals and organizations. Previously, Avila held senior roles at Mesirow Financial and Merrill Lynch, where expertise in financial markets and client service was emphasized. Avila holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
