New Hire 2

New Hire 2 is currently a Product Analyst at Torq. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Insurance Account Representative at Strate Insurance Group, Inc. from November 2002 to November 2004. They were responsible for answering customer phone calls, addressing questions, and offering service. They also met with potential customers to explain insurance options, collected and updated customer information, assisted customers in filing claims, and entered customer service notes into customer files.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Tusculum University, New Hire 2 pursued a Master of Business Administration from the same school. Upon completing their MBA, they decided to continue their education in the field of Organizational Talent Development and obtained a Master of Arts from Tusculum University.
