Nic Francis

Nic Francis has over 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at Torq/Lite, where they supported the Operations Manager in various tasks such as inventory management and cost analysis. In 2005, they joined Francis Torque Service as an Operations Manager, where they developed a strategic manufacturing plan and introduced business systems software to improve office productivity and customer service.
