Sam Shah

Sam Shah has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Currently, they are the owner of SRS Associates LLC since January 2022. Sam also holds the position of CFO and Co-Owner at Venkatesh Natural Extracts Pvt. Ltd., starting from September 2020. Additionally, they serve as President/CFO & Managing Member and Co-Owner at Baker Associates LLC since November 2012 and CFO & Managing Member and Co-Owner at Torque Technologies LLC., An E-Verified Company since January 2010.

Before taking up these entrepreneurial roles, Sam worked as a Senior Director at RSM US LLP from January 2011 to January 2022. Sam Shah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, starting in 1981 and completing in 1986. Sam then pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and Accounting at Clark University from 1987 to 1989. Prior to these higher education experiences, Sam attended Rose Manor Garden School from 1970 to 1981, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their formal education, Sam Shah obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA in June 2005.
