Prior to this role, Carolyn held key positions including Senior Director of Health & Wellness at Shoppers Drug Mart, where strategic and operational planning was facilitated, and Chief of Staff to the CTO at TealBook, focusing on customer and product strategy. Carolyn's background also includes significant roles at PwC Canada, where transformational projects were managed, and technology strategies developed. Carolyn holds an MPhil in Engineering Design for Healthcare from the University of Cambridge and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
