Ingrid Cobb

Ingrid Cobb is the Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant General Counsel at Torrance Memorial Medical Center. In their role, Ingrid is responsible for developing HR plans and strategies to support the organization's business objectives. With previous experience at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore and the Office of the Corporation Counsel, Ingrid has a strong background in employment law and civil rights defense. Ingrid holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
