Masako Tong

Masako Tong currently serves as the Overseas Sales Manager at TORRAS, focusing on fostering effective collaborations throughout Japan since March 2023. Previously, Masako worked at AMOREPACIFIC as a Marketing Staff from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting online brand research and optimizing product sales points to develop strategic sales plans. Prior to that, Masako gained experience at Airbnb from August 2018 to December 2020 as a Customer Support representative, assisting with property management for hosts in the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to their recognition as "superhosts." Masako holds a Master's degree in Korean Language and Literature from Kyung Hee University and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Dankook University, with additional studies in Foreign Language at Senshu University.
