Kelly Cairns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and student wellbeing. Currently serving as the Student Wellbeing and Safety Manager at Torrens University Australia, Kelly drives initiatives to enhance student safety and wellbeing across Australia and New Zealand. Previous roles include Campus Director at Torrens University, Director of Operations at Whitecliffe College, and Campus Director at Media Design School, showcasing a commitment to fostering engaging learning environments and improving student retention. Additionally, Kelly has contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as a member of the CEO's Council at Strategic Education, Inc.
