Meaghan Massie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Meaghan began their career in 2005 at Hays as a Senior Consultant. In 2008, they worked as a Consultant at The Foundry Ltd. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an International Recruitment Manager at HCL International, specializing in healthcare and social care job placements abroad. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric. In 2015, they joined Torrens University Australia, initially as a Senior HR Business Partner, then as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and eventually as the Head of Talent, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, and talent acquisition. Currently, they are also involved in their personal passion project, Yoga To Give, where they impart their love for yoga and contributes towards making the world a better place.
