Osman Mah

Osman Mah is the founder of Mahvellous Coaching, where a focus is placed on helping individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds to realize their potential in both careers and personal lives. As Head of Engineering and Program Co-Lead at Optik Consultancy, Osman designs and delivers an award-winning internship program and develops engineering and project management processes. Additionally, roles at the University of Technology Sydney and Torrens University Australia involve coordinating and facilitating learning in engineering and business, respectively. Osman also serves as Consultant Project Lead for the Engineering Futures Initiative, aiming to enhance engineering education in Australia. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Cochlear, where management of teams and projects led to advancements in test systems engineering. Osman holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Islamic Studies, along with various certifications in coaching and technology management.
