Katie Reid

Katie Reid has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Katie currently holds the position of Delivery Director, Manufacturing at Torrent Consulting since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Salesforce Consulting Manager at the same company, overseeing a portfolio of Salesforce implementation projects within the General line of business. Katie has also worked as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, where they led multi-workstream projects to implement Salesforce platform solutions across various departments. Katie has experience as a Salesforce Consultant as well, where they were responsible for managing project resources, scope, and deliverables, while also serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Katie began their career at William and Mary Campus Recreation, where they held various roles such as Group Fitness Supervisor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Wellness Supervisor. Furthermore, they have worked at Les Mills US (LMUS) as a Business Operations Manager, Collegiate Accounts Manager, and Account Coordinator, where they provided data analysis, conducted sales training, and developed territory sales strategies.

Katie Reid completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from William & Mary between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained various certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2019 from Salesforce.
