Kristen Frederick

Kristen Frederick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristen currently serves as the CEO and Founder of Niivana, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, Kristen worked as the CFO at Torreya starting from January 2008. Before that, they had a role in Administration at Cowen and Company from January 2006 to January 2007. Their career began as a Client Service Associate at Merrill Lynch in November 2004, where they stayed till December 2006.

Kristen Frederick obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware between 1999 and 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Pace University-New York, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
