Becky Goodman

Becky Goodman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and HR information systems (HRIS). Currently serving as Senior Manager of Benefits & HRIS at Torrid since August 2023, Becky previously held the position of Director of HRIS at Tuesday Morning for nearly a decade, where expertise in using Ultimate Software’s UltiPro, Recruiting Gateway, and Cognos BI for complex reporting was developed. Earlier roles include Director at Hotsos Enterprises, where HR programs and compensation plans were administered, and Group Manager at Computer Associates, where management of technical staff for PeopleSoft HRMS implementation was undertaken. Additional experience spans various HR functions at organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and LTV Missiles and Electronics Group. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University.
