Jeremiah Elliott

Jeremiah Elliott, Jr. MBA, PHR, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Exterro since September 2023, Jeremiah also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Since April 2015, Jeremiah has held the role of Special Projects & Training Coordinator for the Indiana Chapter of the National Children's Alliance, conducting extensive community assessments. Jeremiah's experience includes strategic human resource management as the Human Resources Director at Coburn Place Safe Haven and previous roles focused on employee relations, training, and development in various organizations. With a strong educational foundation, including an MBA in Corporate Innovation and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Jeremiah combines expertise in HR strategy, community engagement, and fitness coaching as a registered yoga teacher.
