Denise Whitney

Denise Whitney is an experienced professional in merchandise planning, currently serving as a Senior Merchandise Planner at Torrid since August 2022. Prior to this role, Denise worked at Academy Sports + Outdoors from February 2020 to July 2022, where Denise held the positions of Senior Merchandise Planner and Merchandise Planner. Denise also held the title of Senior Merchandise Planner at francesca’s® from August 2019 to February 2020 and spent nearly a decade at Charming Charlie, progressing from a Merchandise Assistant to Senior Merchandise Planner. Earlier in the career, Denise served as a Buyer at Beehive Outlet from May 2005 to July 2008. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University, awarded in 2005.
