Michael Brown

Michael Brown serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Torrington Savings Bank since May 2025. Previously, Michael held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Vision Partners, where expertise included talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and HR strategy. Additional roles include Principal at Cambridge Advisors LLC, Vice President at Prudential Financial, and various HR leadership positions at TicketNetwork, Affinion Group, Valleylab, Inc., GE Capital, and US Surgical. Michael's extensive background in organizational design, employee relations, and talent management is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Valparaiso University.
