Serena Lansing

Serena Lansing has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Serena is currently a Senior Vice President at Torrington Savings Bank, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Serena worked at MassMutual Trust Company as a Trust Officer starting in 2015. Serena also worked at MassMutual Financial Group for several years, where they held various roles including Business Operations Consultant, Associate Director, and Quality Assurance Team Lead. Serena's experience includes leading cross-functional teams, developing web-based portals, working with financial advisers, and making recommendations for process improvements.

Serena Lansing began their education in 2000 at Bay Path University, where they pursued an Associate degree in Management. Serena successfully completed their studies in 2002. Following this, they went on to attend the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Serena obtained the CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) certification from the American Bankers Association in February 2017.
