Nancy Marver-Ilhan

Nancy Marver-Ilhan has over 35 years of experience in the recruitment and search industry. Nancy began their career in 1986 as a Department Manager at Marshall Fields and Benetton. In 1989, they moved to General Search and Recruitment as Manager. In 1991, they became Director of Insurance Search at Executive Directions. In 2003, they joined The Marver Group and American Recruiting & Consulting Group, Recruitment Intelligence as Director of Account Management and Business Development. In 2021, they began their current role as Executive Director, Talent at Torticity.

Nancy Marver-Ilhan attended Wyoming High School from 1978 to 1982. Nancy then attended Vanderbilt University from 1982 to 1983, studying Nursing. Finally, they attended the University of Cincinnati from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a BA in Communication Arts.
