Teresa Keller

Teresa Keller began their career in 1999 as a Senior Domestic Account Specialist at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services. Teresa then became an Inspections Specialist II and a Client Relationship Manager II, both roles involving the management of client relationships and the communication of client needs and expectations to Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services testing laboratories worldwide. In 2018, Teresa moved to Liazon as a Client Marketplace Manager. Most recently, in 2021, Teresa joined Torticity as a Senior Manager in the Legal Department, where they are responsible for creating alignment between continuous improvement of technology and process simplifying case management for law firms, collaborating and managing team workflow and information, and managing relations between firms.

Teresa Keller received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Medaille University in 2014, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree from Erie Community College in 2012, with a field of study in Social Sciences. Teresa also has a Board Leadership Training Certification from the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.
