Andrew Brook

Andrew Brook has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Tortilla Mexican Grill plc since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Technology for the UK region at Whole Foods Market from November 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining Whole Foods Market, Andrew was the Head of IT at Pod Food from December 2017 to November 2019, where they played a key role in rebuilding the IT function and implementing various improvements. Prior to Pod Food, they worked as the Head of IT at itsu, a high street food chain, from January 2017 to December 2017. Andrew has also held the position of Senior IT Manager at itsu from October 2015 to December 2016.
