Matthew Rushton

Matthew Rushton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Torus since October 2019, Matthew previously held roles such as Senior Development Officer at LMH DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED and Associate at AXIS PED Ltd. With a foundation in planning established during tenure as Principal Planning Officer at Wirral Borough Council and Planning Manager at Sport England, Matthew began a career in planning as a Planning Officer at Cheshire County Council. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from The University of Sheffield, complemented by education at QEGS Blackburn.
