Chad Souke

Chad Souke has had extensive work experience as an engineer. Chad'smost recent role was as a Mechatronics Engineer at Torus, which they started in 2023. From 2018 to 2023, they worked as a Design Engineer at Depatie Fluid Power Co. Prior to that, they spent over 15 years at Stryker, where they held various roles, including Sr. Principal Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Sr. Staff Engineer. During their tenure at Stryker, they developed products and technologies that resulted in significant revenue and operating income increases, as well as a reduction in end-user injuries. Chad also developed various cutting-edge technologies for Stryker Medical. Before Stryker, Chad had engineering roles at JDS Uniphase Corporation, Dell Computer Corporation, Visteon Corporation, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Chad Souke attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Psychology.
