Alina Marin

Alina Marin is an experienced professional in visual creative services, currently holding the title of Manager at Tory Burch since September 2016. Over the years, Alina has advanced through several roles at the company, including Senior Visual Associate and Visual Sales Supervisor, demonstrating a strong ability to train and mentor associates while compiling analytical portfolios to enhance visual and selling strategies. Prior to Tory Burch, Alina worked at J.Crew as a Keyholder, where responsibilities included analyzing sales trends and coordinating events, as well as managing a team that exceeded sales goals. Alina began professional endeavors at Aquinas College as a Student Advancement Representative, focusing on fundraising for student scholarships. Alina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communication from Aquinas College.
