Pierre-Yves Roussel is the current CEO of Tory Burch. Pierre-Yves has previously served as the Chairman & CEO of LVMH Fashion Group and as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. Pierre-Yves began their career as a Financial Analyst at HSBC.

Roussel has been instrumental in the success of many luxury fashion brands. Under their leadership, LVMH Fashion Group saw significant growth and profitability. Pierre-Yves also helped to grow JW Anderson, L Capital, Moda Operandi, and Business of Fashion. In recognition of their achievements, Roussel has received several awards, including the LVMH Fashion Prize and the ANDAM Prize.

Roussel is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Harvard Business School.
