Shawn Peddie

Shawn Peddie has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and retail industry. Shawn is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Tory Burch since 2022. Prior to this, they held several leadership roles at The Home Depot from 2012 to 2022, including Sr. Director Technology - Inventory Planning and Replenishment and Sr. Director - Merchandising Technology. Before joining The Home Depot, Shawn worked at TJX as the Vice President, Merchandising Business Solutions from 2010 to 2012. Shawn also has experience working at Kohl's Department Store as the Director, Application Development from 2006 to 2010, and at Bed Bath and Beyond as the Director Application Development from 2003 to 2006. Shawn's earlier career includes roles at Toys R Us and Toys R Us International as Director Application Development and Director - Applications Development, respectively.

Shawn Peddie received a BA/BS degree in Management and International Business from an undisclosed institution between 1990 and 1993. Later, in 1994, they pursued an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, completing it in 1995.
