Stacy Paoa

Stacy Paoa is a seasoned retail and operations professional with extensive experience in the beauty and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Stores at Tory Burch since March 2024, Stacy previously co-founded Vaihea Skincare in November 2020. Prior roles include Regional Director I West at Mejuri and Regional Sales & Delivery I West at Lucid Motors, where significant contributions to revenue growth and sales performance were achieved. A long tenure at SEPHORA from October 2002 to November 2021 included positions from Store Director to Director of Stores and Client Experience, where Stacy managed operations across Australia and New Zealand and led initiatives to enhance client experience and operational excellence. Stacy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney.
