Brian Frenzel

Brian Frenzel is the President, CEO, and Director of Tosk. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to joining Tosk, Mr. Frenzel served as the President, CEO, and Director of SanBio, Inc., a regenerative medicine company. Brian also served as the Director of The Golden Capital Network, a non-profit organization that provides training, support, and fundraising assistance to entrepreneurs and regional development organizations.

Mr. Frenzel has also served as the Chairman and CEO of Vesta Medical, Inc., a therapeutic medical device company specializing in women's healthcare products. Brian has also served as the President, CEO, and Director of Centaur Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical discovery and development company specializing in neurodegenerative diseases and diseases of aging. In addition, they have served as the COO, CFO, and Director of Genelabs Technologies, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of new drugs for the treatment of cancer and viral infections.

Mr. Frenzel received a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Brian Frenzel is a graduate of Stanford University, with a BS in Physics and Chemistry. Brian also holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they specialized in Finance.
