Hugh Seo possesses extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy, having held key leadership roles at Viva Republica (Toss) from September 2021 to January 2025 as CFO, COO, and Head of Corporate Strategy. Previous positions include Principal and VP of Venture Capital Investments at Hanwha Asset Management Co., Ltd. from April 2018 to December 2019, and Fintech/Blockchain Project Manager as well as Corporate Development Manager at HANWHA LIFE CO., LTD. from July 2012 to April 2018. Hugh Seo's career began at Hyundai Logistics Co., Ltd. as a Global Marketing & Sales Associate from August 2006 to May 2010. Hugh Seo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and English Language & Literature from Ajou University.
