Sol Slotnik

Sol Slotnik has served as General Counsel since the Company’s inception in 2004 and joined the Company as in-house counsel in 2014. Prior to assuming his in-house position he was a partner in several New York law firms where he concentrated primarily on domestic and international corporate and securities transactions, ranging from venture capital offerings for start-ups to representation of public companies including a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions.

As General Counsel he is responsible for supervising the legal department and its activities which include advising management in areas such as corporate governance, banking, data security and privacy as well as managing its interactions with various constituencies including clients, regulators, and employees.
