Gene Siegel brings extensive experience in collections and management within the commercial cleaning and storage sectors in South Florida. Currently serving as the Collection Manager at A&S Total Cleaning since March 2016, Gene oversees accounts receivable for a major provider of commercial cleaning services. Previously, as Assistant Manager at Firstway Storage from October 2018 to March 2019, Gene managed rental collections and lease transactions, while also counseling delinquent tenants. Gene's earlier role as Collection Analyst at Garda Cash Logistics and experience at Service Finance Company further highlight a strong background in financial management. Gene holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University Long Beach and New York City Community College.

We began as a janitorial and porter service company specializing in windows, floors, and deep post-construction cleaning. Later, we got trained, certified, and equipped for hospital-grade environmental services and professional disinfection – just in time to lead the charge against the spread of COVID-19. We offer our expertise across the full spectrum of professional cleaning services for public and commercial facilities. This incorporates cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene risk mitigation planning and training.
