Koen de Groot

Koen de Groot is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Design since September 2019, advocating for collaborative diversity in teams. In addition, Koen de Groot is a pro bono coach at Cultuurherstel, supporting cultural organizations in North Holland, and serves as an Executive Committee Member at Yuma, emphasizing the synergy between digital and human transformation. In governance roles, Koen de Groot is part of the Algemeen Bestuur of the Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO). Previous positions include Managing Director at FEL and Selmore, Chief Innovation Officer at Altavia Sumis, and roles at Keplar Agency and Red Urban Amsterdam.
