Scott Klayman has a diverse range of work experience. Scott started their career in 2002 with GE Capital as part of their Management Development Program, where they rotated through different roles within the company. Scott then became a Field Sales Manager for Dillard's stores before transitioning to GE Capital Retail Finance- CareCredit. In this role, they were a Practice Development Manager and later became the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team responsible for driving sales on the CareCredit Card. In 2013, they joined GE Capital as the Grand Opening Strategy Leader, where their responsibilities included designing and driving initiatives for new store openings and relocations. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Total Entertainment.

Scott Klayman attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and Business Process Management.
