James Riddle

James Riddle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career at Community Credit Co in 1989 as a Branch Manager and eventually became a Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, meeting revenue goals, and developing sales plans.

In 1998, James joined Wells Fargo where they held various positions. James started as a District Manager, focusing on expanding the company's auto finance brand and managing multiple branch offices. James then became a Lending Manager, leading a team of loan officers across several locations and overseeing a large budget. Finally, they served as a member of the Product Management team, contributing to the growth of the business unit and managing auto loan and lease products.

In 2008, James co-founded Total Family Solutions. As the COO and Co-Founder, they oversaw program development for in-home and outpatient mental health care, as well as medication management. James also led the expansion and acquisition of competitors and negotiated contracts with referral sources.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in sales, and a deep understanding of consumer lending.
